Baguio Hunger Games

I am on Vacation Leave, and it was scorchingly hot in Manila! I wanted to go somewhere new where I can relax and just have a cool time! So I decided to go to………BAGUIO! The Summer Capital of Philippines. We took a ride thru Victory Liner Bus and the ticket costs Php 450. Throughout the trip we had a series of stop overs on our way so that we could go use the Comfort Room. The thing is all of them need payments. Tsk. I was really shocked. And the foods that they were selling were pricey compared to those sold in Manila.





We arrived in Baguio around 12 Midnight and it was really cold! The trip took about 6 hours! I thought it would take longer! =]

On the first day we spent the day in Burnham Park having some food trips, shopping for some "Baguio Stuff" such as knitted items etc.

On the second day We just went to SM Baguio and to Gregorio Del Pilar Camp

SM Baguio was quite a surprise! They didn't use Air Conditioners since it was already cold!

On the third day, we went to MinesView Park. Sadly my phone got stolen today, I was a bit off at first, but then just managed to enjoy the rest of the trip. I had no choice, I had to be happy and I had to enjoy despite the fact that I lost my beloved black 9780.

Baguio is also known for Silver Products! Found this cool jewellery store! houlryt!

On the fourth day we went to the Strawberry farm in Benguet.

I bought many strawberries that day! =]

LESSONS FROM BAGUIO

1. There are many pickpockets and snatchers in Baguio so beware
2. Comfort rooms have payments
3. Always wear sun protection even if its cold
4. Always choose to buy cheap food
5. Taxi ride is cheap so go take a cab! its much safer and convenient
6. Choose a hotel near "Session Road"
7. There are usually "night markets" and "tsangge" where you can find great stuff!
8. There are lots of vintage branded bags for sale in Baguio
9. Going to Sagada will take 4 hours more
10. Secure your strawberries, theyre very travel and handling sensitive.
11. Strawberry Milkshakes are so good!
12. Pack light! dont bring too much clothes.You can buy cheap clothes there anyways
13. Find friends in Baguio where you can stay for free !=] its much more fun that way.

Flying to Bora

Boracay Afternoon


So here comes the day we have been waiting for! Me and my co flight attendants Janine, Wilmar and Kat are assigned for Korea Flight in the evening. But we are going to stay in the Marzon Hotel for our rest period throughout the afternoon. Instead of just sleeping, might as well go to BORACAY! Hey its Summer and it’s the perfect time to go to the Beach. The 4 of us were all giggly and excited for this day, since wilmar and Janine have never been to Boracay! First we went to the hotel and changed into our outfits and then we asked the Driver if he could bring us to the port. And he said He can foe the price of P200 each. GO! We have our Private Van! too bad I left my bbphone in the hotel! i was so frustrated to use my twitter! (@Bryangrey18)

Now were going to ride the boat that will take us to Caticlan

Then we Rode a tricycle and when we got there we decided to look for some place to eat! We went to Elenas. We also saw Isabel Oli and Van Victor Leano eating there.

After lunch the four of us wanted to go for a fruitshake. And of course, we went to JONAH”s Fruitshake =]

Then we went to the Grotto for a much needed Picture taking! Hehehe it was such a fun day!

 

Going back to the hotel now,

We went out for a snack in Latte Restaurant since Ms Toni is already with us, we could share some bonding time with her before preparing for our flight.

What a fun day it was! How I love my flyingmates! I love my job! =]

Essential Criteria

•High school certificate or higher
•One year experience as Flight Attendant or Customer Service background
•Age 22 – 36 years
•Height 160 - 185cm
•Minimum arm reach of 212cms (on tip toes)
•Fluent in English
•Arabic speaking is an advantage
•Valid passport

•Good health and must pass a pre employment medical

NAS AIR – Flight Attendant Package
1. Basic Salary: SR 3,500 (Three Thousand and Five Hundred Saudi Riyals)
per Gregorian month. ( After completion of the training period it will be adjusted to 4,500 SR )
2. Flying Allowance:
SR30 per hour between. (0-50 hrs).
SR50 per hour between. (51-75 hrs).
SR75 per hour between. (76-100 hrs).
3. Transportation: Provided by the company.
4. Accommodation: Provided by the company.
5. Probationary Period: 90 (ninety) days start on the release day to the line.
6. Notice Period : 30 calendar days
7. Location: Riyadh or based on business requirement.
8. Status and Period of contract: Single status, Two years renewable contract.
9. Annual Leave: 30 paid calendar Days
10. End of Service Award: According to the Saudi labor law

Singapore Airline Experience

I arrived at around 10:30pm Dubai time to the Airport. There was no one in the Singapore Airline Check-in lane and so I thought that I was a bit early for my Flight at 11:50 pm. So mom and I just took a few more photos of us before leaving Dubai.And then I heard an announcement…. “Last passenger of Singapore Airline Flight 912 please proceed to gate 5”.OMG! I ran and rushed to the Airplane! Hahahahah! It was very funny all the people at the airplane where staring at me. It seemed that they were all ready to leave and I kept them waiting.Hahaha! But its ok. Everything turned out ok. My flight was smooth and pleasant. I love the Singapore Airlines Cabin Crew all of them were very cute and friendly. They served me Chicken Biryani for Dinner, ButteredPork and Veggies with Mashed Potatoes and I drank Shiraz red wine. I arrived at Singapore at 11:30 am and I reached Manila at around 5:30 pm in the afternoon. I didn’t inform my friends yet that I am here in the Philippines. Only my real friends know where I am because they read my blogs right!? =]
